Our billing process varies per service. For maintenance packages, we bill at a consistent monthly rate over the course of the 10 service months. For program work such as lawn care or tick & mosquito control, billing occurs at the completion of each application. For one-time services such as pruning or house washing, billing occurs when the job is completed entirety.

Yes, our treatments are safe for both kids and pets. The chemicals just need a couple hours to dry after each application.

Yes, our landscape packages and lawn care programs operate on a seasonal agreement to ensure consistent service. One-time services may be available depending on the request.

We recommend removing any obstacles such as toys, furniture, and pet waste from the lawn. In addition, if your visit includes a pesticide treatment, we advise you close all windows until the application is completed. Be sure to keep gates unlocked for access, and avoid watering the lawn just before the visit.

For all program work (lawn care/tick & mosquito control), we will send you a notification via email or text approximately 24 hours in advance of our visit. We can not schedule too far in advance, as weather and other variables make it difficult to maintain a completely concrete schedule.

Unfortunately we can not control mother nature, making scheduling difficult for us at times. If rain or severe weather delay service, we will notify you and reschedule as soon as possible.

No, you do not need to be home. We just ask that all gates be accessible and that pets be kept inside during service visits. If you are home, feel free to say hello to our crew members!
